Froogle is the name of a product search service of Google.

The volume of data of Froogle consists on the one hand of automatically scanned Internet sides, similarly the volume of data of Google. On the other hand dealer can register their products manually. The use of Froogle is free for buyers and salesmen; it finances itself by chain breaks, which can be differentiated clearly of the actual search results.

Froogle is not Internetshop, it offers only search and comparison functions, as well as left to the product sides of other Internetshops. Froogle exists for approx. 2002 in the USA, since short in Great Britain, and in the beta phase now also in Germany.
